A high-growth, online-focused organisation headquartered in Hanover is looking to appoint a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead their digital acquisition strategy across international markets. Having recently been acquired, the company is entering an exciting new chapter of investment and expansion, offering a dynamic environment for marketing professionals to make real impact. Reporting to senior leadership, the Senior Performance Marketing Manager will take ownership of the company’s paid acquisition channels, with a strong focus on SEA and Paid Social. Key responsibilities include managing and continuously optimising Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta campaigns, driving performance through structured testing, and leading collaboration efforts with international sister companies. The role will also involve exploring emerging platforms, tailoring campaigns to local markets, and improving performance through detailed audience and funnel analysis. There is significant scope to shape best-in-class acquisition practices across multiple markets.
The successful candidate will bring extensive hands-on experience in managing performance marketing accounts, particularly in paid search and paid social. You’ll be adept at using analytics tools such as Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and GA4, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Prior experience managing external agencies or working within an agency and delivering results in a commercially focused, digital-first environment is key. The role requires a self-starter who enjoys working autonomously but is equally adept at collaborating across international teams. A structured approach, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English are essential; fluency in German is strongly preferred.
