Job Purpose
As a UX/UI Designer, you'll craft a product vision that aligns with business objectives and user needs, with market trends and customer feedback in mind. By engaging with stakeholders and collaborating on feature definition, you'll shape a product roadmap that reflects changing priorities and market dynamics.
Your role encompasses ensuring adherence to industry standards, regulations, and security measures while actively participating in incident resolution and cross-disciplinary collaboration to enhance product quality and usability.
We want you to:
* Conduct user research to understand the target customer, their behaviors, needs, and preferences for new automotive service industry
* Create wireframes, which are low-fidelity visual representations of the user interface layout and structure. Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate the flow and functionality of the digital product. These prototypes help in user testing and gathering feedback.
* Define the optimized customer journey for digital service and integrated channel strategy.
* Define how users interact with the digital product. Create intuitive and user-friendly interactions, such as navigation patterns, button behaviors, and input mechanisms.
* Conduct usability testing sessions to evaluate the effectiveness of the design. Observe users' interactions with the product, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
* Iterate on the design based on user feedback to enhance the user experience.
* Research, analysis, and insights on the customer experience of digital services of both key competitors in the automotive industry and digital service industry.

You would also need to have:
* A bachelor's or master's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), interaction design, graphic design, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in UX/UI design
* Proficiency in conducting user research, including usability testing, user interviews, and surveys.
* Ability to analyze and interpret user feedback and translate it into actionable design improvements.
* Experience in creating user personas, user flows, and customer journey maps.
* Strong understanding of information architecture and interaction design principles.
* Proficiency in visual design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and branding.
* Ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for various digital platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
* Knowledge of responsive design techniques to ensure interfaces are optimized for different screen sizes and devices.
* Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify user pain points and propose design solutions.
