We are looking for a proactive and communicative
Customer Success Specialist
to join our team. You’ll partner with a wide range of clients, ensuring they enjoy a smooth onboarding experience and get the most out of our cutting-edge software solutions. What You'll Be Doing Acting as an Implementation Consultant for various software solutions Guiding new clients through a smooth onboarding and post‑onboarding process Conducting face‑to‑face customer meetings to promote adoption and ongoing engagement with various IT solutions Advising clients on best practices and optimization strategies Tracking data from onboarding to license activation to meet KPIs Using CRM systems for client-related activities Resolving client issues using troubleshooting tickets Working Hours:
Monday–Friday, 10am–7pm, with a 1‑hour fully paid break Hybrid role:
3 days home office; Monday & Tuesday in office Salary:
€1,687.26 gross per month + quarterly bonus
We provide full support with relocation to Bulgaria, including flight and hotel accommodation.
