We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support hiring initiatives in an RPO-style engagement. The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles. This position requires strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and candidate experience skills
The role is hybrid, requiring two days per week onsite in Dresden with flexibility for remote work on other days.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles
* Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, and other talent channels
* Screen candidates through phone/video interviews and evaluate fit for role and culture
* Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
* Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure an excellent candidate experience
* Track recruitment activities in the ATS and provide reporting on hiring progress
* Advise hiring managers on market insights, talent availability, and hiring strategies
* Ensure recruitment processes comply with local employment regulations and company policies
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or RPO Recruiter
* Experience managing multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
* Strong direct sourcing experience (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking)
* Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment tools
* Ability to work independently in a contract/RPO environment
* Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, or corporate roles
* Familiarity with the German talent market and hiring practices
