Tasks
* Analyze variances between planned and actual results and provide recommendations for management and relevant departments.
* Improve financial and performance monitoring systems, including those for analysis, planning, cost management, and reporting.
* Support the implementation of new financial management and controlling tools and methods.
* Assist in driving transformation initiatives within the Finance and Controlling function
Profile
* Successfully completed Master’s in Business Administration with focus on finance or controlling
* First experience through internships, ideally in a relevant sector
* Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; Experience with SAP desirable
* Good analytical skills and detail orientation
* Highly self motivated and independent working style with strong communication skills
* Fluent in English
