Your key responsibilities include:
* Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms with first class service
* Set up and present orders according to our standards
* Support the mise-en-place preparation for room service
* Communicate professionally and kindly with our international guests
* Assist with special requests and forward concerns to the appropriate colleagues
* Collaborate with kitchen and housekeeping to ensure smooth operations
Be able.
* Ideally, you've gained first experience in service or room service – career changers are welcome
* You're motivated, reliable, and enjoy working in a team
* You have an eye for detail and a strong service mindset
* You speak German or English – additional languages are a plus
* You're eager to grow and become part of an international hotel team
