The experienced Scheduler must possess experience as a scheduler in a large capital project delivery environment with an understanding of building and managing schedules against baselines to effectively communicate the schedule to key stakeholders. It is expected that the candidate will be educated to degree level in a project management, engineering, or construction industry discipline. Strong analytical & IT skills, particularly Primavera, MS Project Online, Excel, MS Office Suite, including Power BI is desirable.
Responsible for delivering and maintaining a detailed logic linked Integrated Master Schedule in Primavera P6 & MS Project Online, spanning across all workstreams and in line with the agreed programme WBS.
Lead the effort in maintaining WBS, Project Scope, Basis of Schedule document, and Assumptions log as the project progresses while ensuring strict change control.
Establishing and managing the project baseline and reporting of same, including regular schedule variance reports.
Contribute to developing planning processes and procedures to support the Programme delivery plans.
Undertake “what-if” scenario planning to support the successful development of the project and develop ad-hoc schedules and reporting as required by programme leadership.
Support in schedule baselining/re-baselining activities
Support in Quantitative Schedule Risk Assessment (QSRA) processes
8+ years’ hands on Scheduling experience and advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project. 8+ years’ experience as a Scheduler on large and complex Infrastructure projects in the Offshore Energy sector and hold a relevant university qualification.
~ Proven track record of developing Work Breakdown Structures, creating project schedules, analysing contractors’ schedules, and schedule control are essential for this role.
~ German language skills at B2 level are required to collaborate effectively with local stakeholders.
