Your tasks
7. Processing work orders and creating construction files based on registrations
8. Creation of maintenance orders and their invoicing via the SmartExtranet
9. Data maintenance in other IT systems
10. Receiving, answering or forwarding telephone and written customer inquiries
11. Confident and solution-oriented handling of complaints
Your profile
12. Completed commercial or electrical engineering training or qualification as an electrical specialist in accordance with DIN VDE 0100 or 0105.
13. Ideally, knowledge of MS/NS/SB network construction and operation, or alternatively, interest in learning about this subject area.
14. Initial experience in the energy sector
15. Good technical understanding
16. Confident use of SAP, MS Office and web applications
17. Communication skills
18. Working time model: 38 hours/week
