Join us at JPMorgan & Chase Co. at our newest European hub for Chase bank, located in the heart of Berlin. In this exciting chapter of continued growth and expansion for Chase, we’re looking for a passionate Senior Social Media Manager (all genders) who will create, implement and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns. The role will focus on developing a comprehensive social media strategy, implementing key campaigns and initiatives that deliver brand and business impact, and ensuring consistency and relevance across all social channels.
Job Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals and brand identity.
* Own the development of monthly social calendar, incorporating new themes and ideas whilst developing the strategy for launch
* Work with internal teams to create and launch new social assets
* Own reporting for both earned and owned social media, feeding insights and trends back into the business.
* Improve engagement by optimising existing campaigns, using data to uncover opportunities
* Work effectively across the business, collaborating with teams to drive a clear and positive experience for our customers
* Explore new channel and/or tools to improve engagement and efficiency
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Previous experience working in a social media marketing role
* Experience with Sprinklr or a similar social media management tool essential
* A passion for exploring the latest social media trends
* A natural project manager, with experience in running end-to-end initiatives within a fast-paced environment
* Analytical, with a test & learn mindset, comfortable working with data and data teams to identify trends and growth opportunities
* Strong attention to detail with a focus on effective documentation to support collaboration
* Excellent German and English communication skills
