Beschreibung

Community Bank is a U.Department of Defense (DoD) owned bank provided by the Military Services to support authorized customers’ needs. IT System Administrator (m/f/d)

as soon as possible, working full-time (40 hrs.) Lead technical projects from inception to completion, serving as the primary technical lead.
Provide 3rd level support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, remote tools and on-site.
Support user and device management using Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID and M365 Admin Center.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PC’s, printers, scanners, phones and other peripherals.
Set up and support modern workplaces (notebooks, tablets, smartphones).
Software deployment & patching using patch management and software deployment tools.


You are a flexible, logical and analytical thinker and fluent in oral and written German and English.
You have successfully completed vocational training as Fachinformatiker or equivalent IT qualification and proven experience in IT support (2nd/3rd level), ideally in a mid-sized business.
