Billing and Pricing Operations Specialist (all genders)
full-time position in our Digital Factory in Kleinostheim near Aschaffenburg as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
1. You oversee transaction processing and invoice configuration to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
2. You prepare, issue, and manage invoices for timely and accurate billing to clients and stakeholders
3. In collaboration with process experts and software solution providers, you identify areas for improvement in transaction, invoicing, and pricing processes
4. You conduct checks to verify transaction and pricing accuracy and promptly resolve discrepancies
5. By gathering and analyzing data, you generate reports that provide insights and recommendations for improvements
Your profile:
6. You have first experience as a Business Analyst or business operator in the area of transaction and invoice management, preferably in a high-volume environment
7. Experience in e-invoicing would be an advantage
8. A high technical affinity and strong analytical skills are essential for you
9. You have the ability to work with multiple stakeholders from different geographies and management levels
10. Being proactive, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly, you make complex ideas understandable
