Responsibilities
1. Lead a team of 15 highly skilled members across multiple locations.
2. Contribute to and ensure the execution of the global supply chain strategy.
3. Act as a change agent, promoting continuous improvement of Planning processes, including initiatives like Integrated Business Planning.
4. Manage risk across the supply chain to inform decision-making.
5. Maintain a customer-centric culture by leading by example.
6. Encourage, mentor, and train team members to achieve targets and career growth.
7. Oversee the global S&OP process at operational and tactical levels.
8. Drive harmonization of cross-segment planning processes.
9. Manage planning throughout the product lifecycle with stakeholders to ensure long-term business success.
10. Create and evaluate scenarios for capacity expansion (In-House / tolling).
Requirements
* Degree in supply chain management or equivalent experience.
* Minimum of 7 years in a global business environment.
* At least 2 years in a leadership role.
* Proficient in supply chain planning processes and systems (e.g., SAP APO).
* Experience leading the S&OP process and Integrated Business Planning.
* Experience in building system capabilities and developing planning organizations.
* Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
* Ability to drive cross-functional change management.
* Capable of working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Knowledge of the latest supply chain trends, processes, technology, and tools.
* Drive for continuous improvement and results.
* Strong team leadership skills.
* Ability to initiate, prioritize, and allocate resources effectively towards goals.
