 
        Mechanical Engineer - HVAC & Heat Pump Systems Location: Germany, Stuttgart We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer with a background in HVAC and heat pump system development to lead the mechanical design of next-generation, eco-friendly heating solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative technologies that support sustainability and energy efficiency across European markets. Key Responsibilities: Lead mechanical design and development of HVAC and Air to Water Heat Pump systems using NX CAD. Design and localise components such as hydro units and integrated tanks. Support outsourced product development for systems including convectors and heat pump water heaters (HPWH). Address mechanical VOCs (Voice of Customer) and propose effective design solutions. Apply low-GWP refrigerants (e.g., R290, R32) in mechanical system design. Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis for mechanical systems. Ensure compliance with EU certification standards (e.g., Keymark, MCS, Eurovent, NFPAC). Essential Requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience in HVAC or heat pump R&D. Mechanical design expertise using NX CAD or similar tools. Experience with low-GWP refrigerants and water piping systems. Strong understanding of structural development in HVAC or Air to Water Heat Pump systems. Familiarity with EU certification standards. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (e.g., Refrigeration or Air Conditioning Engineering). Background in heat/fluid mechanics preferred. Must be based in Europe.
