Job Description
You will lead and shape the practice with a focus on quality and appreciation for your team and your patients. You will develop yourself and the whole team both professionally and personally.
Responsibilities

* Develop yourself and the entire team professionally and personally.
* Provide comprehensive, high‑quality diagnostics and treatment to prevent dental, oral, and maxillofacial diseases, and serve as the medical colleague’s point of contact on‑site.
* Be the trusted dentist for patients through expertise and empathy.
Qualifications
* German‑approved dental license and at least 4 years of professional experience.
* Interest in advancing medical treatment concepts and new diagnostic and therapeutic methods.
* Experience leading a team or practice is a plus.
* Empathy for colleagues and patients, and a readiness to share ideas in the practice.
* Specialized expertise in any dental field (e.g., endodontics, periodontics, surgery) is a bonus.
