Your Job
* Develop and execute IT service strategies and processes across multiple segments.
* Apply data analysis, measurement tools and customer-centric process improvements to maximize value for clients and the business.
* Create and implement a customer journey strategy, define product/service policies and manage stakeholder relationships.
* Gather comprehensive insight into the customer journey by tracking satisfaction, availability, costs/revenue and process quality.
Your Profile
* Bachelor or Master degree in IT and at least 5 years of professional experience.
* Manage various stakeholders with diverse priorities.
* Understand the customer perspective, empathize with their needs and anticipate expectations.
* Familiarity with PRINCE2, PMBOK methodologies is an asset.
* Proficiency in French and English is required.
