Linde GmbH, Gases Division Senior Manager Energy and Audits (m/f/d) Pullach nearby Munich, Germany｜req23990 What you will enjoy doing You are accountable for leading energy efficiencyinitiatives, conducting comprehensive energy audits, and leading theimplementation of decarbonization strategies across the region Ensure adherence to energy regulations, identify opportunities for cost savings, and contribute to the company’s sustainability objectives by optimizing energy consumption and reducing emissions Develop and implement the region's energy procurement strategy to maximize benefits and minimize costs in a highly volatile environment marked by fluctuating energy prices and availability You are held accountable for the carbon leakage (CBAM)and emission trading (EU-ETS, BEHG) management of the Linde entities in theregion and responsible to represent the companies’ interest in discussions withthe National Electric and Natural Gas grid Operators, Distributors,respectively in different associations together with public affairsrepresentatives You will support with expertise the Product QualityISO certifications of the Linde entities during Medical & Pharma, but aswell Food & Beverage audits Take responsibility for monthly energy cost forecasting and preparation of the annual energy cost plan What makes you great You posses a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field Possess a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in energy management, procurement, and auditing Further you are a Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) or with equivalent certification You are experienced in industrial or manufacturing environments You are up to date with regional energy regulations and incentive programs Proficient in both English and German language skills at least at the negotiation level Why you will love working with us Did you know that our technical gases can be found in countless areas of life?For example, in the flat screen on which you watch your favorite film inparticularly sharp and true color.
