Mission Take responsibility for specific customer segments in the Public and Energy industries and advance the expansion of business relationships. Identify, qualify and develop new leads and opportunities, systematically increasing revenue, pipeline and win‑rate in tenders. Position the technological portfolio of NTT DATA—including our offerings, services and assets—before decision makers up to C‑level. Secure strategic projects to bring our onshore and offshore teams successfully into new customer projects. Develop persuasive value propositions and present them confidently to customer leadership. Collaborate closely with delivery, portfolio and presales teams to orchestrate innovative solutions that are technical, commercial and operationally compelling. Act as a driver for new topics, use your growth mindset for business development and persuade stakeholders through clear positioning and communication. Skillset Extensive experience in IT consulting or IT service delivery within the Public or Energy industry. Deep knowledge of the challenges, structures and processes of government bodies, public institutions or energy‑sector companies, and the ability to derive concrete opportunities. Ability to effectively position complex topics such as Cloud, AI, architecture or modernisation to customers using your technological and subject‑matter expertise. Excellent networking in the Public and/or Energy sector, ideally up to C‑level. Successful acquisition, development and steering of projects at the intersection of business, IT and strategy. Strong business development & sales mindset, practising solution orientation and customer focus. Internally and externally persuasive, proactively driving topics with an entrepreneurial mindset. Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills in German and English.
