Key Responsibilities:

2. Craft compelling B2B messaging for custom outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn.
3. Schedule semi-automated, semi-manual email send-outs.
4. Handle responses by addressing objections, scheduling appointments, and following up with prospects.
5. Establish long-term relationships with prospects based on trust and mutual understanding.
6. Proactively explore new business opportunities within the market.
7. Arrange meetings or calls between prospective clients and the Business Development Manager.
8. Report weekly sales performance metrics and goals to the sales team and management.
9. Utilize automation tools like Snov.io and MixMax to launch extensive outreach campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Two years' experience in a similar client-facing role or as an SDR.
* Advanced level of English (B2-C1).
* Experience with sales tools, G-suite services, and various CRM systems.
* An analytical mindset, enabling interpretation of data and informed decision-making.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build lasting relationships with potential clients.
