Client Strategy Lead @Munich On-Site (m/f/d)
We're seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial-minded lead for our
Client Strategy
team to join us and play a key role in advising clients globally. You'll help turn shopper insights into smarter decisions that improve e-commerce product portfolios and, more importantly, you'll guide clients in integrating the Aybee software into their overall company strategy.

This is a Munich-based, office-first role where you'll collaborate with our fast-paced team. Very good German and English language skills are required.

Our team brings deep expertise from Amazon, market research with P&G and Nestlé, and from investment banking. We're building a commerce intelligence platform that will redefine the success of brands. We give mid-market consumer brands the opportunity to use the same test methods like larger consumer brands like P&G, Henkel, or Beiersdorf to have equal opportunities for a fraction of usual market research methods.
What you will contribute:
* Act as the primary point of contact for client relationships, ensuring a trusted and long-term partnership.
* Serve as a sparring partner for clients' management and decision-makers, advising them on how to integrate Aybee's software into their overall company and testing strategy.
* Design and lead client projects end-to-end: from methodology and target group definition to execution and actionable recommendations.
* Build and mentor your own team over time, developing the next generation of Insights Managers at Aybee.
* Represent Aybee at client meetings, events, and trade shows—strengthening client trust and building close, lasting relationships with stakeholders.
* Work hand-in-hand with the product team, feeding valuable customer feedback into the product roadmap to shape Aybee's future.
What you bring:
* Relevant experience (at least 3 years) in Market Research or related fields, ideally in a client-facing role with direct responsibility for customer relationships.
* Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, with experience in guiding management and decision-makers on strategic topics such as testing strategies.
* Team leadership experience: demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and develop team members while driving projects to success.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
* Entrepreneurial mindset: eager to shape a new division, contribute to company growth, and scale your own team over time.
* Analytical and structured way of working: able to break down complex problems and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
* Dynamic, well-organized, and skilled at managing multiple interdisciplinary projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and spoken), including the ability to present convincingly to senior audiences; additional foreign languages are a plus.
