YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Drive the strategic expansion of our multi-partner program and ensure long-term, profitable business relationships.
2. Acquire new retail and multichannel partners to grow the PAYBACK partner portfolio.
3. Build trusted relationships with your business contacts and act as the reliable point of contact throughout the acquisition process.
4. Manage the entire sales process confidently: from initial contact, business case development, and presentations to contract negotiations and handover to partner management.
5. Independently coordinate input from internal departments (e.g., Marketing, Analytics, Legal, and IT) and organize and lead workshops with stakeholders and potential partners.
6. Market research, competitor analysis, and networking form the foundation of your acquisition projects (no cold calls).
7. Professional demeanor and a focus on quality and process optimization are second nature to you.
YOUR PROFILE
8. Several years of experience in Sales or Marketing, e.g., in Account Management or acquisition.
9. Background in retail, e-commerce, or consulting for complex services.
10. Enjoy working with potential clients and thrive on independence, perseverance, and goal orientation.
11. Skilled at handling objections, finding solutions, and negotiating with confidence.
12. Strong storytelling skills, a knack for numbers, and a commitment to high-quality standards.
13. A team player with great communication skills and a healthy sense of humor.
14. A degree in business, marketing, or a comparable qualification.
15. Fluent German and good English skills complete your profile.
