For a project at a Pharmaceutical client in Marburg, we are currently looking for a German speaking Scheduler. The Scheduler will ideally be based 100% on site and must have construction experience. Brownfield life sciences experience would be a preference.
Role Description
* Develop, maintain and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
* Create and manage baseline, lookahead and recovery schedules; track progress against baselines.
* Define project activities, durations, logic, constraints and critical path.
* Coordinate with project managers, engineers and subcontractors to gather schedule inputs and resolve sequencing issues.
* Perform schedule analysis (critical path, float, resource levelling) and recommend mitigation actions.
* Prepare time impact/ delay analyses and support claim documentation.
* Produce regular schedule reports, dashboards and progress updates for stakeholders.
* Monitor milestones, deliverables and procurement lead times to ensure on-time delivery.
* Maintain schedule data integrity and version control in Primavera P6.
* Support risk identification related to programme and advise on schedule-driven mitigation
