We need you to understand operating systems, hardware, software, networks, and how they work together. You’ll support our customers with technical and non-technical issues such as product compatibility, support, shipping, and electronic support fixes.
~ Answer support calls and queries in German
~ Experience in POS Systems and from the Restaurant/ Hospitality environment as well as helpdesk support would be advantageous.
