The Role
We are currently supporting a leading German logistics and infrastructure provider as they work through a period of organizational restructuring. This Junior Frontend Developer position exists to build and maintain the internal digital tools our consultants use to communicate these changes. You will help create clear, functional interfaces that visualize complex data regarding workforce structures and operational friction. This is a fully remote role where your primary focus will be on ensuring that our data-driven insights are presented with precision and clarity. Your work will bridge the gap between our analytical findings and the practical tools our clients use to track their progress.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Translate wireframes and functional descriptions into clean, accessible code for internal dashboards.
• Collaborate with our consulting team to build data visualization components that reflect client organizational structures.
• Document your code and development processes thoroughly to ensure long-term maintainability.
• Perform basic testing and debugging to ensure interfaces work reliably across different browser environments.
• Assist in the update of digital assets used in executive-level presentations and reports.
• Provide support for internal tools that track accountability and decision rights for our client projects.
• Participate in peer reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to our internal standards.

What We Are Looking For

• A solid understanding of core frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
