2. Activate: Lead end-to-end LinkedIn Employer Branding campaigns (targeting, optimization, reporting), distributing budgets and owning performance outcomes.
3. Govern: Own the global channel landscape (job boards + multiposter)—driving adoption, best practices, enablement, and continuous improvement.
4. Mobilize: Co-lead the global Employer Branding Community and contribute to the Global Recruiting Community—building champions through proactive stakeholder outreach.
5. Deliver: Lead cross-functional Employer Branding initiatives (materials, agencies, photo/video content) from concept to Global rollout and adoption.
Qualifications:
6. Employer Branding: Proven track record of translating Employer Branding strategy into execution and measurable recruiting impact.
7. Campaign Ownership: Hands-on experience creating, running, and optimizing campaigns—ideally on LinkedIn—with budget responsibility.
8. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Communications/Marketing (or similar).
9. Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages and German are a plus.
10. Mobility: Willingness to travel within Germany and internationally several times per year.
Skills for success:
11. Consultative Influence: You lead and convince without formal authority—aligning Global stakeholders and moving decisions forward.
12. Analytical Mindset: You define meaningful KPIs, interpret performance, and optimize continuously.
13. Operational Discipline: You run complex channel/tool/vendor setups reliably and keep execution crisp.
14. Digital Fluency: Strong IT affinity and confidence working across platforms, processes, and data.
15. Proactivity: You take ownership, build networks, and do active outreach to drive adoption and results.
