Job Title:
We are seeking a seasoned marketing leader to spearhead the development and execution of global marketing strategies across various consumer touchpoints.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in consumer marketing, brand partnerships, PR, digital communications, social media, content, and experiential marketing. They will also have excellent stakeholder management skills and experience working with internal and external stakeholders in a matrix organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering integrated and innovative activations, leveraging experts, partners, and suppliers to maximize impact, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders and international markets.
In addition to their professional skills, the candidate should be a self-starter with a creative mindset, proactive hands-on mentality, enthusiasm for products and solutions, and excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Key Responsibilities:
* Broaden brand awareness and communication across paid, earned, shared, and owned media
* Design and execute integrated and innovative activations like brand partnerships, experiences, PR stunts, and branded content
* Support marketing transformation in partnership with regional teams through fully integrated programs across multiple consumer touchpoints
* Leverage experts, partners, and suppliers to innovate and maximize impact of marketing across international markets
* Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and international markets
* Support regional teams to implement marketing plans by delivering key activations and sharing best practices
* Brief and steer multiple agencies (PR, experiential, digital)
* Define KPIs and measure success at both a brand and commercial level
Requirements:
* Academic degree in marketing, communication, or related subjects
* Minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar consumer marketing role
* Extensive experience across various consumer touchpoints like brand partnerships, PR, digital communications, social media, content, experiential
* Experience working with internal and external stakeholders in a matrix organization with commercial, brand, and marketing teams
* Excellent stakeholder management and experience organizing and coordinating cross-country teams or similar growth platforms
* Self-starter with a creative mindset and proactive hands-on mentality
* Enthusiasm for products and solutions
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; German is a plus
