Senior Project Manager Service Integration
As a Senior Project Manager Service Integration, you will be responsible for managing all lifecycle stages of M&A/PMI projects from the service perspective, including both due diligence and post-merger integration projects.
This role requires developing and applying upside potential and risk scenario assessment frameworks for service. You will also define and assess target operating models for service, covering processes, products, systems, organizational structure, and footprint.
Additionally, you will develop and implement PMI plans for service, coordinate sizeable cross-functional teams within the global matrix, and leverage your expertise to drive innovation and improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, business engineering, or similar; advanced degree (e.g., Master's, MBA) is a plus.
* Several years of exposure to customer service, preferably in MedTech.
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced, complex environments.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a diligent, results-oriented working style.
* Strong communication, collaboration, and networking skills, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
* A passion for designing and optimizing business processes.
* Solid experience with enterprise IT systems such as SAP and Salesforce.
* Solid command of project management methodology and relevant IT tools (milestone/capacity planning etc.), e.g., MS Office, MS TEAMS, SharePoint.
* Fluency in German and English both orally and in writing.
