About the role

Across four six-month rotations, you’ll work in diverse areas such as:

2. Strategy
3. Communications & Events
4. Business Transformation
5. Sustainability
6. Risk Management
7. New Business Implementation
8. Compliance
9. Back Office Functions
Your journey will begin in Essen, Germany, with the opportunity to rotate to other locations such as Swindon or London (UK), Singapore, or the US (Chicago or Austin). After the programme, you’ll be ready to take on a permanent role in one of our global locations and continue your career in corporate functions.
Job requirements and experience
Want to learn and grow alongside experienced experts? Excited to explore new markets with a commercial business that is expanding on a global scale? We’re looking for ambitious Graduates who want to make an impact in corporate functions. To succeed, you’ll bring:
10. A degree (BSc, MSc or PhD) in any discipline
11. Excellent communication skills and fluent English, German is a plus but not required
12. IT proficiency
13. A collaborative, curious mindset with a drive to find new solutions
14. Commercial aptitude and entrepreneurial spirit
15. Analytical skills and the ability to learn quickly
16. Flexibility and mobility to travel internationally
17. Motivation to take on challenges, both independently and as part of a team
