Your responsibilities
Pricing Strategy and Management
1. Shape the global pricing strategy for our portfolio, incl. launch sequencing and IRP management
2. Run scenario simulations on price changes, registrations, and delistings and derive recommended actions that safeguard margins and capture revenue opportunities
3. Operate the price information flow to national and international sales teams, partners and authorities
Tender Intelligence
4. Establish and leverage tender intelligence processes to identify tender opportunities early and proactively strengthen Biotest’s competitive positioning
5. Collaborate with senior leadership, Regional Directors and cross-functional teams to design and deliver winning tender proposals
6. Maintain transparent documentation and analytics for full visibility of tender activities
Market Access
7. Identify and close gaps in pharmacoeconomic evidence generation to strengthen reimbursement strategies
8. Lead the development and rollout of product value dossiers, ensuring consistent and evidence-based communication of product value
9. Support successful reimbursement and market penetration through clear, data-driven communication with international healthcare authorities
Internal Consultancy
10. Foster a data-driven culture across the organization through collaboration and knowledge sharing
11. Monitor and interpret market dynamics, competitor developments, and healthcare trends to anticipate risks and opportunities
12. Drive automation of analytics and reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
Your profile
13. Master’s degree in pharmacoeconomics, business administration, life sciences, or a related field
14. Strong business acumen with a data-driven mindset, analytical thinking, and high affinity for handling data and innovative technologies
15. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry (biologics, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals) in pricing, market access, or tender management
16. Experience in the plasma proteins or specialty care area is an advantage
17. Sound understanding of pharmacoeconomic concepts and international reference pricing (IRP)
18. Knowledge of German pricing framework (e.g., price moratorium, mandatory rebates, IFA reporting) is a plus
19. Proven track record in tender management and strategy development
20. Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution in a complex, cross-functional environment.
21. Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence in contributing to strategic decision-making
22. Experience consolidating and analyzing data from multiple sources, and translating insights into strategic recommendations
23. Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to explain complex topics to diverse audiences
24. Fluency in German and English (spoken and written); additional languages, especially French, are a plus
25. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
26. Team-oriented mindset combined with the ability to work independently and proactively
