Come join us and help us build The DNA of tech.Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. is a Fortune 1,000 Company listed on the NYSE (VSH).**We are looking for a Director Site Operations (ESTA - Power Capacitors Division) (m/f/d)****What you will be doing:*** Develops overarching strategies, guidelines and procedures for assigned operations in Blatna (CZ), Loni (India), Shatian (CN) and Landshut (Germany) in accordance with other Divisional Functions.* Collaboratively plans, coordinates, and allocates regional and business operations budgets, resources, and service portfolios across assigned operations; works closely with plant leadership and senior management to jointly consolidate budgets—including investments, headcount, and expansion planning—to effectively align with strategic business goals.* Supports project approvals and resource allocation to achieve operational goals such as revenue and margins; contributes to performance oversight and lead developing initiatives that improve efficiency and encourage innovation in processes and equipment.* Leads cross-functional collaboration to understand stakeholder needs and align them with technical and operational capabilities; leverages KPI analysis to guide teams in identifying issues, uncovering opportunities, and co-developing effective, data-informed solutions.* Demonstrates flexibility in managing both high-volume and low-volume operations, adapting processes and resource planning to meet varying customer expectations and demand patterns.* Manages overall site operations in Landshut with responsibility for local functions such as EHS,…; collaborates closely with peer-level managers to ensure alignment, efficiency, and consistent execution of business objectives to ensure technical leadership.**What you will bring along:*** Engineering base (preferred Electronic, economic or similar education)* Proven leadership experience in manufacturing operations, with a strong ability to plan, coordinate, and allocate budgets and resources across multiple plants or sites in an international environment.* Skilled at collaborating with site and senior management to consolidate budgets—including capital investments, headcount planning, and expansion projects—aligned with strategic business objectives.* Expertise in supporting project approvals and resource allocation to achieve operational targets such as production volume, revenue, and margins.* Experience managing site operations* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing resource utilization, reducing waste, and improving overall manufacturing performance.* Fluent English language reading / writing* Advanced skills in MS-Office programs* Base knowledge of SAP System* Willingness to travel (international)**What we offer:**Vishay offers a comprehensive suite of benefit programs including health care coverage, financial support programs and other resources designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.
