Youu2019ll collaborate closely with various departments and leaders, taking ownership of preparing employment contracts, works council notifications, transfer letters, and reference letters. This position is a parental leave cover and is limited until the end of February 2028. What Youu2019ll Be Doing Support our HR Services team with all transactional HR processes - from hiring to exit Prepare employment contracts and create works council notifications, transfer letters, and reference letters Act as a partner in standardizing processes and documents across the team Participate in projects and help us continuously improve our HR processes Actively shape our day-to-day HR operations and bring in your own ideas What We're Looking For A couple of years of HR experience in a larger or global organization, ideally in a shared services environment Hands-on experience working with ServiceNow or similar HR case management systems Confidence working in a global, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders A structured, independent working style with strong attention to detail Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken What You'll Get from Us 1.
