Your Role
As a Sorting Center Supervisor (m/f/d), you are responsible for the day-to-day operations on site.
You ensure that shifts run smoothly, teams are aligned, and operational targets are met.
This is a hands-on role with real impact on performance, quality, and team execution.
Your Responsibilities
* Supervise daily sorting center operations during assigned shifts
* Lead and coordinate on-site teams to ensure smooth workflows
* Monitor operational KPIs such as throughput, delays, and quality
* Identify issues in real time and take immediate action to resolve them
* Support shift planning and workforce coordination
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
* Conduct on-site quality checks and support continuous improvement
* Act as a key interface between operations teams and management
Your Profile
* Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or sorting center environments
* First experience in team coordination or supervision
* Strong hands-on mentality and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
* Willingness to work in shifts (including night shifts if required)
* Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset
* Fluent in English and German - Chinese is a plus
