About your team : The Client Tax & Reporting team deals with the withholding and registration of capital gains tax, as well as the preparation of the corresponding tax certificates. In addition, all reports based on customer portfolios or driven by customer transactions are prepared for the Federal Central Tax Office,. As part of the Personal Investing and Advisory Operations department, we support other teams in monitoring and implementing requirements, as well as other departments with questions and issues related to tax and subjects. About your role : In day-to-day business, the Manager Client Tax & Reporting takes care of the review and timely submission of the reporting obligations assigned to this team and supports other teams and departments with questions regarding tax and issues as well as with the implementation of projects. Other tasks include monitoring and implementing changes by reading the relevant official circulars and newsletters, participating in seminars, placing the necessary requirements on our software supplier and carrying out the corresponding software and regular release tests. The activity is rounded off by participation in the year-end project, which includes in particular the auditing and preparation of tax certificates. Key Responsibilities : Withholding, registration and clarification of differences as well as questions about capital gains tax under the Income Tax Act. Submission of reports to the Federal Central Tax Office. Monitoring and implementing changes. Execution of release and year-end tests, as well as the preparation of tax documents. Training and supporting other teams in projects and questions about tax and issues. About you : You have completed commercial training or studies with corresponding professional experience in the banking environment, financial services sector or tax advisory with a minimum of five years of experience.
