Our organization is a leading retail distributor in Europe, specializing in health, fitness, and beauty products. We have over three decades of experience setting high standards for product development, manufacturing, and distribution.

We aim to achieve market leadership worldwide by distributing top-quality products that help people live better, healthier, and fitter lifestyles. We seek an L&D Specialist who is passionate about personal growth and recruitment.


Key Responsibilities:

* We design and organize onboarding sessions and training programs across the company.
* We manage training logistics, budgets, and relationships with external providers.
* We track employee development plans and maintain training records.
* We support the implementation of feedback and performance cycles.
* We lead student, apprentice, and junior recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and partnerships with schools.
* We manage apprentices during their apprenticeship, acting as main HR contact and ensuring a smooth experience.
* We represent the company at job fairs and career events.
* We provide support to the HR Operations and Recruitment Specialist in senior recruitment processes when needed.
* We serve as a point of contact for employees and managers on L&D-related opportunities.
* We perform other related duties as required.


Requirements:

* We require a university degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
* Additonal certifications in Learning & Development, Coaching, or Training Management are considered valuable assets.
* We expect a good understanding of labor laws, especially those related to apprenticeships, training, and employee development.
* Experience in Learning & Development and recruitment is essential.
* We need strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a people-first mindset, are necessary.
* Proficiency in HR systems is advantageous.
* We require fluency in English, with French or German being a strong asset.
