Job purpose
is established with the aim to oversee the development and submission of proposals acting as a linchpin between Sales and the assigned bid team, to ensure that all submissions are comprehensive, competitive, and timely. This position requires managing cross-functional teams, ensuring the quality and compliance of all submissions, and engage with clients to deliver tailored solutions. This role will also involve analyzing bid performance and contributing to the professional development of the bid team through introduction and implementation of all necessary bid procedures, governance, processes and approvals
Main duties and responsibilities
1. Coordinate the preparation and submission of bids within the Bid Team to ensure they meet Client specifications and deadlines.
2. Analyze tender documents to understand Client requirements and ensure compliance in all aspects of the bid.
3. Organize and coordinate bid meetings to outline timelines, assign tasks/deliverables, and set deadlines for team members involved in the bid process.
4. Liaise with various Functions (System Engineering, Installation, Sales, Operations, Procurement, Planning, Legal, Insurance, PM, Risk, Document Controlling, etc.)to gather the bid deliverables and relevant information during the bid process.
5. Edit and proofread bid documents for accuracy, completeness, and clarity, ensuring they are of high quality, free of errors and compliant with the main tender requirements.
6. Perform tender price calculations and cash-flow evaluations based on commercial guidelines.
7. Support the Sales Manager during the approval processes.
8. Manage the bid submission process through the appropriate channels, ensuring all electronic and hard copy submissions are formatted correctly, complete, and delivered on time.
9. Support the Sales Manager during contract negotiations.
Mandatory Requirements:
10. Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Economics or Scientific disciplines;
11. Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications;
12. Professional understanding of templates, macros, and styles;
13. Ability to communicate fluently in spoken and written English.

Following requirements will be considered as a plus among applicants:
21. 3 to 5 years working experience in a medium-large worldwide organization;
22. Knowledge of basic Project Management concepts;
23. Previous experience in a similar or cross-functional Role (e.g. project management, Bid management);
24. Previous experience working with CRM software.
