Job Summary:

For our further expansion we are looking in Germany for a

Key Account Manager (m/f/d) - Healthcare

These are your tasks:

1. Promoting growth and customer service for national as well as international existing customers in the area of Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC)

2. Identification of growth opportunities and proactive marketing of additional service portfolios to existing customers

3. Internal sales and customer contact for initial inquiries and proposals from mid-sized customers in assigned territory

4. Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships

5. Follow up on open quotations until orders are received

6. Entering and maintaining accurate and complete customer master data in the CRM system

7. Achieving personal sales goals

8. Occasional customer/trade show visits and participation in customer events


What we expect:

9. Completed commercial or technical vocational training, technical business administration or completed studies in the field of marketing/sales or comparable

10. 2-4 years of relevant work experience

11. Knowledge of Salesforce and Workday is an advantage

12. Knowledge of the testing and certification industry is an advantage

13. Knowledge in the Healthcare business is an advantage

14. Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)

15. Very good customer service skills, high service orientation and communication skills

16. Detail orientation and ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously

17. Independent and result-oriented way of working

18. Willingness to travel (up to 20%)
