Job Title: Administrative Officer
Your Role
* We follow up on digital tools to enhance their efficiency and innovation in our processes, integrating AI-driven solutions and new tools to improve our internal teams.
* Serve as a point of contact for support with document transmission and processing digital tools.
* We support the front teams (on-demand reports, archives request, etc.) by providing services and assistance.
* Manage risks and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and stakeholders' requirements, ensuring continuity in current processes while embracing innovation.
* We collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance tools and processes, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and preparing for new technologies integration.
* We prepare, control and produce mass mailings (automated or manual).
* We process and digitize physical incoming mail and contractual documents through our digital tools.
* We manage digital and physical documents archiving, monitoring our archiving tools (control, error processing, production monitoring, etc.).
* We manage outgoing productions to clients (reports, mailing, etc.).
This role requires strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, focusing on operational excellence and minimizing risks. Strong analytical skills are required to identify and implement process improvements.
A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills is essential for this position. We require a keen sense of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
