Position Summary
As an Associate, Client Strategy & Value Creation at realworld one, you will support value-focused initiatives for life-sciences clients while gaining hands-on exposure to strategic analysis, operational execution, and XR-driven transformation.
In this working-student role, you will work alongside senior team members to prepare structured materials, analyze performance data, and contribute to initiatives that drive adoption and measurable client impact.
Responsibilities
* Support the preparation of client-facing materials, including strategy & solution proposals as well as account and implementation plans.
* Analyze reports and performance data to extract insights that contribute to client value realization and opportunity identification.
* Support planning, tracking, and documentation across active client initiatives to ensure structured follow-through.
* Contribute to continuous-improvement efforts by identifying friction points and providing input that sharpens client strategy and solution adoption.
Qualifications
* Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program with strong academic performance.
* At least one completed internship or working student position in a tier-one consulting firm.
* Experience in fast-paced environments such as startups or scale-ups is an advantage.
* Ability to manage shifting priorities and handle multiple workstreams in a dynamic operational context.
* Structured problem-solving approach with resourceful, solution-driven thinking.
* Strong analytical capabilities and comfort interpreting data for actionable insights.
* Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with high standards for clarity, accuracy, and presentation quality.
* Fluent in English; German is a plus.
