Your mission
* assist customers with eSIM-related inquiries and issues ensuring quick and effective resolutions via email tickets
* job holder will be supported by the Customer Support Manager to provide timely and accurate assistance
* enhance customer satisfaction ensuring smooth eSIM activation and usage and reinforcing the company's reputation for excellent customer service in a fast-paced, innovative telecom environment
* supporting the DENT Support Team on tickets in Zendesk / possible other Support systems for Tier 1 customer support
* work closely with Support Manager on solving customer requests efficiently
* delivering timely accommodating and polite supporttaking on other Support tasks as discussed with Support Manager working independently and reliable on given tasks
* documenting working hours
Your profile
* Highly proficient in spoken and written English
* Tech savvy
* Experience in ticket-based support work (desirable)
* Flexibility regarding working hours
