Quantitative Research Consultant / Senior Consultant
Location: Germany / DACH (Remote-first)
The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a fast-growing, AI-enabled insights platform that’s transforming how organisations generate and act on consumer insights - moving beyond traditional research into a faster, more scalable, and tech-driven model.
This is a great opportunity for someone currently in a market research agency looking to step into a more modern, SaaS-led environment, while continuing to deliver high-quality quantitative work.
You’ll combine strong research fundamentals with cutting-edge tools, agile ways of working, and greater client exposure.
The Role
We’re hiring at both Consultant (4–5+ years) and Senior Consultant (6–8+ years) level.
You’ll act as a trusted partner to B2B clients, supporting or leading research projects end-to-end and translating insights into clear business impact.
You will:
* Design and deliver quantitative research projects end-to-end
* Build questionnaires across use cases such as U&A, tracking, concept & creative testing
* Apply advanced methodologies including MaxDiff, Conjoint, TURF, segmentation (level dependent)
* Analyse data and deliver clear, actionable recommendations
* Lead or support client presentations, workshops, and stakeholder discussions
* Collaborate closely with commercial and product teams, including onboarding new clients
* Work with and integrate AI-driven research tools across the research process
At Senior Consultant level, you’ll take greater ownership across client relationships, strategic direction, and project leadership, acting as a key advisor.

About You
Consultant (4–5+ years):
* Strong foundation in quantitative research (end-to-end)
* Experience supporting B2B clients in a consultative capacity
* Exposure to core methodologies (tracking, U&A, concept testing)
* Confident in analysis, reporting, and client communication
Senior Consultant (6–8+ years):
* Proven ability to lead projects and manage senior stakeholders
* Strong experience across advanced methodologies (MaxDiff, Conjoint, etc.)
* Comfortable acting as a strategic advisor to clients
* Experience owning client relationships and driving impact
For both levels:
* Fluent in English and German (C1/C2 level)
* Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
* Interest in working in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment
Nice to Have
* Experience in SaaS, consulting, or tech-enabled research
* Exposure to enterprise / large-scale clients
* Background in fast-paced or high-growth environments
