BioNTech SE is seeking a skilled Clinical Trial Insurance Assistant for a full-time position based in Mainz. This role involves providing administrative support Clinical Operations and Global Insurance
Support the administration of insurance coverage for global clinical trials
Coordinate and track the issuance of insurance certificates and policy documentation
Collect, verify, and maintain insurance-related data and documentation
Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., Clinical Operations, Legal) and external partners to gather required information
Assist with the review and processing of insurance invoices, ensuring timely payment and proper documentation
Maintain internal records and tracking systems to ensure transparency and audit readiness
Support the preparation of reports and overviews for management and internal departments
Completed vocational training e.g., in insurance, administration, or healthcare or equivalent professional experience.
Previous experience as administrative assistant in an international corporate environment, preferentially: experience in an administrative or insurance-related role in healthcare sector
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Team player with a service-oriented mindset and willingness to learnProficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of German is required
