A day in the life You’ll balance strategic account development with hands-on technical engagement. Expect regular customer visits, distributor support, and active exploration of new markets. What you’ll do • Manage and grow sales across your territory, building strong, long-term relationships with customers and distributors • Develop and execute sales and marketing programmes for targeted markets and product lines • Negotiate local contracts and agreements with customers and partners • Lead global/European account activity in your region, including pricing discussions • Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets • Provide technical support and problem-solving expertise to customers and distributors • Track trends, competitor activity, and sales opportunities using CRM tools Must-haves • Degree in Chemical or Technical Engineering (or equivalent experience) • Several years of B2B commercial experience with consumables • Strong background in metalworking fluids or industrial lubricants • Confident communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities • Proven ability to work across cultures and build trusted partnerships Nice-to-haves • Existing network within the metalworking sector • Experience managing European or global accounts What’s in it for you?
