We are looking for an Associate Director specializing in Cloud Workload Analysis and Migration to lead high-impact projects, drive business growth, and inspire consulting teams to deliver excellence.
As an Associate Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in our organization, combining technical mastery, consulting expertise, and leadership acumen to transform client IT landscapes.
Client Relationship Management: Represent the company at industry events, contribute to publications, and establish a reputation as a leader in cloud modernization.
Project Oversight and Delivery:
Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards, ITIL/COBIT frameworks, and best practices for quality and security.
Deliver executive-level presentations, management summaries, and actionable recommendations to clients and partners.
As an Associate Director, you’ll be at the forefront of cloud transformation, driving innovation, shaping strategies, and leading talented teams. keen to drive your own personal and professional development. 7+ years of experience in IT management consulting, with the ability to align technology solutions to complex business challenges.
~ In-depth understanding of IT operations, service management (ITIL, COBIT), and enterprise governance frameworks.
~ Extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams, managing large-scale projects, and mentoring junior consultants.
~ Understanding of DevSecOps, Agile, Scrum construct to identify inefficiencies through readiness assessments and development of strategies and approaches to optimize the implementation of IT or cloud resources and capabilities
~ Subject matter expertise in at least one platform (e.g. cloud computing, cloud hyperscaler, X86, mainframe, midrange)
~ Strong communication skills in German and English
~ Willingness to travel across Germany and work in diverse, dynamic environments.
Experience with various IT Operating Models and building organizations to deploy and support key technologies
Ability to articulate key technologies’ impact on security, availability, cost, capacity, etc.
Experience in Agile (Kanban, SAFe, and Scrum)
