Ihre Aufgaben:
* You are assisting the IN Sales team and act as a Personal Assistant for VP Sales
* You take over tasks in our CRM tool
* You are responsible for updating/changing data on our intranet web pages
* You create announcements/memos in English language and upload them
* You are responsible for the monthly download of data in the Qlik sense tool and for creating delivery reliability & backlog reports, and for sending them to the customer
* You are responsible to book business trips, and to do the expenses afterwards
* You organise customer visits & workshops
* You are responsible for the time management in SAP & for the management of security regulations & training
* You organise and support in the process of on- & offboarding of employees
* You are responsible for the inventory & distribution lists
Ihre Qualifikationen:
* You have successfully completed commercial training, e.g. training as a legal assistant or notary assistant, and ideally have minimum of 3 years of professional experience in assistance
* You are characterized by a high sense of responsibility as well as discretion and loyalty
* As an organizational talent, you have an independent, careful and structured way of working
* Good written and spoken English skills are a must
* Excellent communication, organizational, and team skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Basic knowledge handling web pages
* Ability to take records, summarize notes from meetings
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
