Head of Legal (m/w/d)
Their purpose is to protect the company legally, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making through legal expertise.
Legal Advisory: Advise management and business units on all legal matters, with a focus on corporate law, general civil and contract law, and related commercial law topics.
Coordination & Management: Oversee legal matters across the company, identify areas requiring action, and coordinate involvement of external law firms or subject-matter experts where appropriate.
Contract Management: Review, draft, and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and other partners – including both standard agreements and more complex arrangements in an international context. Compliance & Governance: Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal policies, support compliance initiatives, and ensure adherence to applicable legal requirements. Risk Management: Identify legal risks at an early stage and proactively develop strategies to prevent or mitigate them.
Completed degree in German and preferably international Law.
Relevant professional experience as a Legal Counsel or in a comparable role – preferably with international exposure.
Excellent written and spoken German and English; Play a key role in a growing, internationally active company with flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes.
