What you will do
1. Act as the appointed person responsible for hazardous materials transport
2. Manage all logistics processes from goods receipt through storage, picking, and dispatch
3. Perform and follow up on inspections, tests, and maintenance activities, and ensure timely supply of required chemicals to production areas
4. Process orders including material requisitions (via SAP) and track deliveries
5. Monitor material inventories, shelf lives, and demand, including early escalation in the event of shortages
6. Organize and handle returns and empty containers, including preparation of all required shipping and accompanying documents
7. Ensure compliance with all quality, safety, and environmental regulations when handling chemicals and hazardous materials
8. Conduct inventory counts as well as regular stock and storage location inspections
9. Handle outbound shipments from the central warehouse and chemical warehouse
10. Carry out internal material transport (including hazardous goods)
11. Operate industrial trucks (e.g. forklifts)
12. Support precious metals handling in the central warehouse in compliance with specific security and documentation requirements
13. Manage and document inventories at external storage locations
14. Prepare analyses, reports, and documentation related to warehouse operations
15. Support warehouse organization, e.g. through inventory checks and ensuring correct warehouse labeling
16. Participate in task-related projects
17. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
What you will need
18. Completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist or a comparable qualification
19. Ideally initial professional experience in warehouse operations and/or hazardous materials handling
20. Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP MM
21. Good to very good English skills, written and spoken
22. Strong communication and teamwork skills
23. Accuracy and flexibility
24. Independent, structured, and responsible working style
25. High level of commitment and physical resilience
26. Experience operating industrial trucks (e.g. forklifts)

Deine Hauptaufgaben
27. Funktion als beauftragte Person für den Gefahrstofftransport
28. Abwicklung aller logistischen Prozesse vom Wareneingang über Einlagerung, Kommissionierung bis zum Warenausgang
29. Durchführung und Nachverfolgung von Inspektionen, Prüfungen sowie Wartungen und Sicherstellung der termingerechten Versorgung der Produktionsbereiche mit benötigten Chemikalien
30. Bearbeitung von Bestellungen inklusive Materialanforderung (via SAP), Lieferverfolgung
31. Überwachung von Materialbeständen, Haltbarkeiten und Bedarfen inkl. frühzeitiger Eskalation bei Engpässen
32. Organisation und Abwicklung von Retouren und Leergut inklusive Erstellung der erforderlichen Versand- und Begleitdokumente
33. Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Umweltvorgaben im Umgang mit Chemikalien und Gefahrstoffen
34. Durchführung von Inventuren sowie regelmäßigen Bestands- und Lagerplatzkontrollen
35. Abwicklung von Warenausgängen im Zentral- und Chemikalienlager
36. Durchführung des innerbetrieblichen Materialtransports (inkl. Gefahrgut)
37. Bedienung von Flurförderzeugen (z. B. Gabelstapler)
38. Unterstützung beim Edelmetallhandling im Zentrallager unter Einhaltung spezifischer Sicherheits- und Dokumentationsanforderungen
39. Verwaltung und Dokumentation von Beständen auf externen Lagerflächen
40. Erstellung von Auswertungen, Berichten und Dokumentationen im Lagerumfeld
41. Unterstützung bei der Lagerorganisation, z. B. durch Bestandskontrollen und Sicherstellung einer korrekten Lagerkennzeichnung
42. Mitarbeit in tätigkeitsrelevanten Projekten
43. Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Stakeholder
Dein Profil
44. Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
45. Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Lager und/oder Gefahrstoffbereich
46. Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office (insb. Excel) und SAP MM
47. Gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
48. Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
49. Genauigkeit und Flexibilität
50. Selbstständige, strukturierte sowie verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
51. Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und körperliche Belastbarkeit
52. Erfahrung in der Bedienung von Flurförderzeugen
