Inside Sales Representative PEMCO
As the leading Passive, Electro-mechanical and Connector (PEMCO) distributor in Europe, our responsibility is to continuously expand the technology solutions that we offer to our customers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Be the PEMCO representative inside the Branch. Taking your cues from the central PEMCO strategy you will be the driving force inside the Branch to ensure all components of the strategy are fully integrated, clearly communicated and fully executed by all Branch colleagues.
You will be accountable for achievement of the PEMCO plan within your defined customer set whilst supporting your Branch colleagues to exceed all regional PEMCO objectives.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
1. Develop the PEMCO business and relationships within assigned accounts and region to:
Sell the Arrow value proposition
Maximize Arrow share
Maximize all aspects of profitability
Develop focus accounts and Branch PEMCO business & enable Quote Quality & Throughput
2. Proactive, profitable sales growth on PEMCO, through both focus accounts & Branch
3. Support Account Manager on customer negotiations related to relevant PEMCO quotes and prices
4. Quote to win (mindset), drive Quote Conversion
5. Follow-up to convert all new PEMCO business opportunities (Quotes, Tasks, Leads)
6. Drive commercial activity and new RFQs in specific assigned accounts
7. Organize and lead PEMCO trainings within Internal Sales Representative groups
8. Drive relation with TOP PEMCO suppliers (in cooperation with Regional Pemco Manager, Account Manager & Inside Sales Representative)
9. Drive relation inside ARROW with product management, asset & vertical PEMCO
10. Nurture, develop and leverage professional business relations across the One Arrow enterprise
