THE WELL is redefining preventive healthcare in Germany. With our opening in Frankfurt am Main in mid-2026, we are establishing Germany’s first holistic longevity club. In an exclusive premium environment, we combine state-of-the-art diagnostics, sports science-based training, advanced regeneration therapies, and functional nutrition. Our mission is to empower individuals to actively shape their long-term vitality through a science-based, personalized, and integrated health experience. We are currently building the founding team that will bring this vision to life.
Responsibilities
Social Media
* Own and execute the content calendar across Instagram and LinkedIn
* Create social content: reels, stories, carousels, posts
* Manage community engagement and respond to members and prospects
* Track social performance and report on growth and engagement metrics
Content Production
* Plan, shoot and edit photography and video for social, web and member communications
* Write copy in German and English aligned with the verbal identity
* Build and maintain the content asset library
* Translate complex health and longevity topics into accessible, engaging content
Event and Member Communication
* Document member events, expert sessions and pre-opening activities
* Support email and newsletter content production
* Contribute to onboarding and member lifecycle communications
Profile
* 2-4 years of experience in content production, social media or brand communications
* Strong portfolio demonstrating an eye for premium aesthetics and visual storytelling
* Confident behind the camera: comfortable shooting photo and video in real environments
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Lightroom, Premiere, Photoshop) or equivalent tools
* Fluent in German and English, with strong copywriting skills in both languages
* Intuitive understanding of social media platforms, formats and audience behaviour
* Curiosity about health, longevity and premium lifestyle topics
* Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team during a build phase
