Translate the HR business plans into operational plans and lead the HR planning process in Europe region
Ensure the development and implementation of HR programs such as manpower planning, recruiting & staffing, performance management, compensation & benefit schemes for Europe region derived from Global HR policy and other corporate directives
Advise the Management in the field of labour law in Europe region
Ensure compliance to corporate directives and employment legislation within Europe region and establish standard operation procedures to ensure proper documentation and control.
Act as coach on HR issues to the Management and executives
Ensure the development and implementation of the HR budget and other related financial measures
Ensure an efficient and accurate HR reporting
Ensure the communication of HR related management decisions to the employees
Ensure Pay roll services and other HR related services from HR providers.
Recruiting (creation of HCR, approval-process, job advertisements & interviews together with requesting departments)
Ensure that HR insurances get renewed / deleted on a yearly cross-check base
Bachelor Degree of Human Resources or Business Administration with major field in HR management
~5- 10 years of experience and profound knowledge in HR with MNC
~ Knowledge of HR & Admin related processes such as recruitment, compensation & benefit, training, succession plan
~ Excellent management, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
~ Fluent in English
