Job Overview
This position involves analyzing regional business requirements, steering modifications to end-to-end business processes, and generating process maps and models. The goal is to ensure a smooth transition and achieve harmonization and standardization across the organization.
* Develop and implement solutions to address regional business needs.
* Coordinate with entity business experts on preparatory efforts, such as data cleansing.
* Design and own test cases, conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system.
* Contribute to the roll-in of assigned projects, formulate training materials, and assist in delivering end-user training.
The ideal candidate will have relevant professional experience driving business processes within Green/Brownfield transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze regional business requirements towards global templates.
* Steer the modification of end-to-end business processes to meet FIT4 targets.
* Generate process maps and models to illustrate adapted business processes.
* Define and execute Cut-Over strategies with a focus on data migration and roles setup.
* Conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system.

Requirements
* Relevant professional experience in business process analysis and modelling.
* Good understanding of end-to-end business processes for plan to produce & quality management.
* Understanding of ERP systems, specifically SAP S/4HANA, with an emphasis on FI/CO.
* Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
