About the Position
As a Field Trainer (m/f/d), you will be deployed in a team of at least two people. Work will be carried out on wind turbines according to standardized maintaince plans. Modification measures to improve Wind Turbines performance will also be part of the responsibilities. Work will be documented using modern digital devices. In addition, the focus of the duties will be on the following areas:
* Communicating the process landscape and training new employees in maintaince activities.
* Providing systematic approaches to error analysis and troubleshooting.
* Develpoing repair methods and documenting work procedures.
* Conducting training and instruction sessions.
What You’ll Need to Thrive.
* A completed vocational qualification in one of the following fields:
Electrical engineering, metalwork, mechanical/automotive engineering, or building and supply technology
* 60 months of relevant professional experience as a service technician for Vestas wind turbines
* EFK or EFFBA and HV switching authorization
* V-QITP Fundamentals course must be successfully completed before starting this position
* Independent processing and documentation of technical reports
* Proficiency with Microsoft and iOS operating systems and apps; SAP is desireable
* Willingness to travel
* Ability to work at heights
* valid Class BE drivers license
* Language skills at German level B2 and English level B1
